PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

Gretchen Rotter who has been doing business as “Gems & Jewels” and subsequently “Whorlwinds Bellydancing Troupe” are giving notice that her good name is being negatively impacted by Wendy O’Brien doing business as “GemzAndJewelzDotCom.”

Ms. O’Brien has been contacted by my attorney and it has been formally demanded of her that Ms. O’Brien stop the use of “GemzAndJewelzDotCom” or any derivation thereof. That such use is a violation of Law and has resulted in several complaints. These customers who have not received the merchandise they have paid for. They have been unable to contact her and thereby have mistakenly contacted me negatively impacting my business.

My attorney has advised me to give this information. To formally make a complaint to the Lincoln Police Department and the Attorney General of the State of Nebraska.
